Our Steam Turbine Operational Alignment Diagnostics – Coordinate Measurement Machine (CMM) system allows us to measure and monitor large pieces of equipment during operation.
With the use of our Metronor CMM, MD&A is able to measure component positions and monitor their movements over time precisely. This is an excellent tool to identify operational problems resulting from thermal growth, vacuum deflection, deflections due to piping forces, or other movement issues with equipment.
