MD&A provides Thermodynamic Analysis services that help our customers improve cycle performance. We can generate a thermodynamic model of the cycle to predict off-design performance.
Our thermodynamic analysis services can also be used to predict the performance of a new cycle or a cycle with new components and help make decisions on cycle arrangements to optimize efficiency. Thermodynamic analysis can be used to generate performance correction curves for performance testing and optimization of plant output by use of controllable parameters.
In many cases, our Performance Testing & Analysis services are used in conjunction with our Thermodynamic Analysis and Thermographic Survey services to meet the customer’s expectations.
