Specializing in GE Frames up to 7FA, MD&amp;A is fully equipped with validated tooling for unstack, restack, inspection, balance, and repair for your gas turbine rotor. Additionally, MD&amp;A has developed complete engineering models and inspection procedures for Rotor Life Assessment and Life Extension to support various plant strategies, including manufacture and supply of replacement turbine and compressor wheels for 7B, 7EA and 7FA Models.<\/p>\n<p>Our Steam Turbine Repair Facility specializes in the repair of stationary and rotating components for steam turbines of every size, vintage, and OEM in the market. Our robust engineering staff will identify the repair that is right for your unit, and our highly skilled technicians will perform the repair to the highest standard of quality. From minor repairs to structural rebuilds and new component manufacture, our Steampath department will exceed your expectations.<\/p>\n<p>MD&amp;A offers an outstanding array of field machining services in our shop and repair equipment for use on-site.<\/p>\n<p>Another division at MD&amp;A is the Generator Division, which can accommodate multiple field rewinds simultaneously with two separate independent clean rooms. The MD&amp;A Generator Division can provide turnkey rewinds and repairs of hydrogen, liquid, and conventionally cooled stators and fields.
