The first is Enhanced Design and System Integration; this important step includes computational fluid dynamics; durability, structural and finite element heat distribution analyses, as well as materials and coatings.<\/p>\n<p>Because MD&amp;A\u2019s proprietary coatings can sustain the high temperatures that hot gas path components are subjected to, our coatings also extend the life of the components.<\/p>\n<p>Next, Manufacturing Development assesses production qualification processing; and the third component is Validation which includes new-part testing and
